Upon receipt of a completed Site Survey, the Customer is required to confirm that it is an accurate summary of the current and projected state of the Customer's IT and facilities infrastructure designated to support the K2 Guardian system. This is a ‘working’ record and the Customer is encouraged to review the actions and update accordingly with details on those responsible and dates when the work needs to be completed by (referenced in the To-Do lists of the project plan).
Following confirmation of the Customer's hardware requirements (Portals, mounting solutions, cables etc.), K2 will produce a list of hardware deliverables listed within a Site Survey report that will need to be signed off by the Customer. The work required in each room, along with actions relating to servers and infrastructure will be detailed in either the Bedside or IT infrastructure To-Do lists (in the project plan). An example of a Site Survey report can be found as an attachment to this article.
