Using the Messaging Service
K2's Perinatal Training Programme has a messaging service feature to facilitate communication between training administrators and users.
Clicking on the Messages link in the index on the left side of the Training Programme homepage will display three tabs:
Inbox Sent Compose
As a hospital administrator you can either message individual(s), or your entire user list.
To message individuals, click on the [Compose] tab and then click inside the 'To' box. You can either select users from the drop down list or start typing to search for a particular name. Clicking on a name will then list the chosen name in the 'Selected Recipients' area below the Message content box.
To message your entire hospital user list, start typing the name of your site (as it appears on your homepage), then select it from the drop down menu.
Users will be notified of the new messages via an email notification as follows:
Dear [K2 User],
You have received a message from [Administrator].
K2MS Support.
