Depending on your Hospitals network security, accessing Guardian Online may require the following steps:
1. VPN access to the Hospital's internal network
2. Authentication by Guardian Username and Password (can be via passthrough to Hospital's Active Directory)
Your organisation will provide you with specific guidance on securely accessing this service.

K2 Medical Systems cannot provide you with your login credentials, nor reset your password. You must contact your organisation if your credentials do not permit you to login to this service.
Logging in to the Clinical Web Portal
Access the link to Guardian online as provided to you by your Organisation on your device's web browser, then type in your login name and password and choose [Login].
Viewing a currently admitted Woman’s Record
Depending upon the size of your organisation, you may be given a choice as which location you wish to view currently admitted patients from.
A ‘chalkboard’ of currently admitted women in room number order will then be displayed for that location. Touch or click on the patient of interest to view their CTG, partogram (if enabled for your hospital) and notes.
Touching the
Show More button will display the SaFERR
* view of the current woman's labour status (example shown below):

Clicking on the woman's name will first display any currently captured CTG trace (example shown below).

if you are using a handheld device, you may find it easier to view more trace by rotating the device into landscape view. The CTG view can also be scrolled left and right by dragging or flicking your finger across the screen.
Clicking or touching on the CTG Trace dropdown menu will list the available views available for display:
