Adding a printer to a bedside portal

1. Turn the bedside portal on.
2. Press on the spanner icon in the top right corner of the Guardian bedside software.

   This will open the settings screen:

3. a. If a default printer has not been set for this portal a message will display with the following: 'A default printer has not been set for this portal, would you like to set one now?' Press Yes.
    b. If a default printer has already been set and you would like to set another printer, press on the 'Printer' button on the right.

4. a. If a printer can be found for the hospital, a message will display asking if you would like to use that printer. Press Yes.
    b. If a printer cannot be found please see the knowledge base article for troubleshooting printer issues or contact K2 support.
5. Once you have added a new printer, it is a good idea to print a test page. Press the 'Print' button to print a test page.
